Dekton is the best outdoor countertop for Las Vegas — UV-stable, certified non-combustible, and requires zero sealing. Porcelain slab is a close second. Granite also works well outdoors. Quartz should never be used outdoors — the polymer resins degrade under UV and will discolor and warp, voiding the manufacturer warranty.

A stone supplier sells raw slabs but does not cut or install them. A stone fabricator purchases slabs, CNC-cuts them to your specs, and installs them.
