In addition to Dekton’s technical excellence, innovation and design, the company provides a 25-year warranty on all its surfaces.
Requirements for completing the Dekton warranty form
1. Provide your invoice/proof of purchase.
2. Register the warranty on the website within 6 months from from purchase.
Any product that has not been registered on the website within the stipulated 6 months of purchase, and has been purchased on or after January 2022, will retain a 3 year warranty if the invoice is retained. If purchased before January 2022, a 2 year warranty will be maintained if the invoice is retained.
